fsOTDR is software for USB OTDR modules on Android and the Linux desktop. It makes no network connections: it communicates only with the module connected to the USB port of your phone or computer. The app does not send any data to the publisher or to anyone else, contains no advertising and no analytics, tracking or crash reporting libraries. The Android app does not request internet access.
~/.config/fsotdr on
Linux (/etc/fsotdr if you install it for all users).Nowhere. Everything stays on your phone or computer. Files you save are as private as the place you save them to; if you put them in a folder that is synchronized to a cloud service, that service's terms apply.
Measurements in memory are discarded when the app is closed. Saved files stay until you delete them. On Android,
uninstalling the app deletes an imported calibration database; on Linux, delete ~/.config/fsotdr.
The app is not directed at children.
Because the publisher does not receive any personal data from the app, there is no data held by the publisher that could be accessed, corrected or deleted. For questions about this policy, contact apps@freestone.net.
If this policy changes, the new version is published at this address with a new effective date.

~/.config/fsotdr.
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder.
